HCS Contracting is a family-owned, proudly Canadian construction company specializing in all forms of service work and multi-residential suite construction. With over 16 years of industry experience, we’ve grown into a leading force in the sector, currently employing 40+ full-time staff alongside a wide network of trusted subcontractors—and we’re still growing!

We operate out of six offices—five across Ontario and one in Quebec—serving regions including Cambridge/Kitchener/Waterloo, Windsor/Leamington/Chatham, London/Sarnia/Woodstock, Burlington/Niagara Falls/Oakville, Toronto/GTA, Ottawa/Kingston/Brockville/Cornwall, and Montreal/Sherbrooke. We are also available for projects in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, with future expansion on the horizon.

Built by our experienced team of Red Seal carpenters and project managers, our high-quality ARDU (Accessory Residential Dwelling Unit) models are designed to withstand Canada’s harsh weather conditions.
