Dynamic Heating and Cooling was founded in 2019 by Visionary, Shawn Mount, a seasoned HVAC pro with over 15 years of experience, including time at Black and MacDonald. Shawn leads our growing team, handling quoting, sales, and project oversight. Alongside him is Sara Tigau, our Vice President, who plays a key role in driving operations and ensuring the business runs with precision and care.
We’re proudly family-run—Shawn’s parents support behind the scenes, and Zeus, our loyal office dog, is a favourite among clients and suppliers. From the people we hire to the projects we take on, everything we do is rooted in trust, craftsmanship, and a genuine commitment to doing things right.
